FIRST CLASS property
First let me say this is a FIRST CLASS property - beautiful inside and out! Very well decorated and makes you instantly feel at home - Elevator is awesome if you have had joints replaced - beds are super comfortable and the linens and towels are all first class - The Host is excellent and reached out to see how we were doing the 2nd day - nice touch ! Also referred us to the best restaurant on the island - St Simon’s is beautiful and fun the beach is truly amazing! If you go to St Simon’s you need to stay here - great property, great location!!
Beautiful home!
What a beautiful home! The view, the location, decor ...perfection. We loved the location which was private yet so close to the pier area with shops and restaurants. Lori and Melissa responded promptly to questions. If you are traveling to St Simon's ... this is the place to be!

Gorgeous, spacious, comfortable and well-appointed, with beautiful views of the expansive beach and ocean…it was such a treat staying here. We loved the convenient yet private location near Pier Village, and the golf cart rental was a great decision. So many wonderful restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful time!
Fantastic views
We had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful and has fantastic views . The beach is easily accessible on a little path behind the house. We walked the beach and swam everyday. The waves are beautiful. The house is perfect for a getaway. It has everything needed and more . We would love to return. Dorothy’s Oyster Bar is terrific ! Moo Cow has delicious ice cream!!

Stunning
This property was stunning, and the views cannot be beat. Getting to the beach took mere moments, which was perfect for our 3 year old! Even at high tide, there was plenty of beach available for an early morning stroll. We walked to the Village many times, taking only a few minutes each way. We will absolutely stay here again when we have the chance!
Loved it!
We absolutely LOVED staying at this Airbnb! It was so pretty, in the perfect location, and had a great view. Although it was just me, my husband, and our toddler, we really appreciated all of the patios and loved how accommodating it would be for a large group. Everything was just as it was pictured, including the outdoor furniture. We spent so much time on the patio near the breakfast nook just enjoying the view. We loved the beach. It was never very crowded. We use SSI tent guy to rent a tent every day and they set it up above the high tide line. We also loved how close this Airbnb was to downtown and a ton of great restaurants and shopping options. We used a golf cart to zip into town every day. This Airbnb had everything you could need. I also appreciated the small touches like having motion sensor night lights in the hall and stairwell. We can’t wait to stay here again!
In Awe By The Location, But Mostly The Property
I’m not able to adequately describe the second rental we have enjoyed with SSI Beach Rentals, nor their professionalism which prepping, decorating, and maintaining the properties we have enjoyed. Out first rental with them (2023) was called Coaches Corner; a nice beachy complex with three (or four) rental units. Ours was a two bed/one bath unit with a small and well equipped kitchen, living room, and deck with grill. Just a few minutes walk to the beach or the Village. But our second stay was this week (July 20-26, 2024) and we were ocean front in the most luxurious and thoughtfully appointed 3-story property, about two blocks from the lighthouse! The property was so stylishly decorated, had anything a chef might need, coffee stations near the bedrooms, and 5 balconies! The ceilings were 12 feet tall on all three floors. All of the ocean front windows were knee to ceiling high, as were every window on one side of the house, allowing magnificent ocean views from nearly everywhere. No beach wagon was necessary! From the time you leave the unit, you’re on the beach in 1-2 minutes. There was a beachfront, fire pit, private deck with chairs between the beach and the beach front lawn. The landscaping itself was on point! The trees, shrubs, flowers, etc. were a joy to admire. The little lizards that live on the property are the luckiest lizards I know. You’ll just have to look at the pictures of “Golden Fish” to understand the awe that you will feel when you’re there. Location, style, size, amenities, and comfort are the first points that come to my mind when I think of Golden Fish. But the associated adjectives would be too long to list. Even if you don’t stay at Golden Fish, rest assured, SSI Beach Rentals offers exceptional properties in multiple price ranges and we’ve enjoyed both and expect you will as well.
