Beautiful view
We loved this house. Beautiful view. Can’t get any closer to the water. Location was great for walking to dinner, coffee, etc. Amenities were great.

Amazing beachfront
Wonderful stay in St Simons with 2 families - (4 adults, 5 children). Perfect location for walkability, plenty of space, and amazing beachfront. We truly enjoyed our stay!!!
Location is amazing
Can’t say enough about this villa. Basically on the beach! The tide going in and out was amazing. We spent many hours on the deck and loungers soaking up the sun and listening to the waves. This location is amazing. The inside is immaculate and well stocked. The elevator was great for easy access to the rooftop deck. Highly recommended! We will be back.
3rd stay
This is our 3rd stay at this property. Host is outstanding. We love being right on the ocean and being able to walk to town. Perfect location on St. Simon. House is in excellent condition and perfect for families with all ages.
