Walk Through
Let’s take a walk through your oceanfront island oasis vacation rental! The first floor features a welcoming entryway with a private elevator that takes you to every floor, as well as a stairway that leads all the way up to the rooftop terrace. Straight ahead, double doors open into the covered and gated pool area, complete with an outdoor shower and direct private beach access — the perfect start to your St. Simons Island beach getaway.
On the second floor, you’ll find a charming half bath near the elevator before entering the bright and inviting open-concept living area. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining space and a cozy sitting nook, all overlooking the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Step outside onto the large ocean-facing deck featuring additional dining space and stairs that take you straight down to the beach.

Location is amazing
Can’t say enough about this villa. Basically on the beach! The tide going in and out was amazing. We spent many hours on the deck and loungers soaking up the sun and listening to the waves. This location is amazing. The inside is immaculate and well stocked. The elevator was great for easy access to the rooftop deck. Highly recommended! We will be back.

This is our 3rd stay at this property. Host is outstanding. We love being right on the ocean and being able to walk to town. Perfect location on St. Simon. House is in excellent condition and perfect for families with all ages.
